Nature at it's best
We're a 3-minute walk from Beach Road and the stunning Promenade, which runs the length of the beachfront from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point, that is a hub of activity and the perfect place to watch the sun set right next to the crystal waters of the Atlantic Seaboard. Open-top sightseeing buses are a great way to see Cape Town and surrounds, with a pick-up point at the Promenade.
Table Mountain and the cable car is also on our doorstep, only a 10-minute drive away. If you love wine, it's a mere 20-minute drive to the scenic vineyards of the Durbanville Wine Valley or a 40-minute drive to the majestic Cape Winelands with its award winning wine farms. A number of organised tours available from Cape Town.

Our home is within walking distance of Sea Point’s vibey Main Road which offers a huge variety of grocery shops (Woolworths Food, Checkers, Spar), coffee shops (Seattle, Vida-e, Schoon, Coca Safar, Woolworths, Starbucks), wine bars and restaurants.
We are next to the enchanting Pineapple House Boutique Hotel should you wish to pop in to admire the art or pre-arrange to enjoy breakfast.
The world famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, a shopping and culinary hub built around a working harbour, is a mere 5-minute drive away. Closer to the city bowl is the trendy Green Point and De Waterkant. Bree Street, also in the city bowl, is unbeatable for the variety and character of its eating and drinking establishments but the creativity doesn’t stop there. Art, fashion and design are thriving too in this hotbed of innovation and individuality.
Don't miss out on a visit to the Bo-Kaap, the only area where people of colour were not forcefully removed during apartheid. The area boasts wonderful brightly coloured houses and is turning into a hub of community and Fair-Trade projects.
